Upon full payment for our services, you will receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables created specifically for your business for your legitimate business purposes.

Our templates, methodologies, frameworks, and training materials remain the exclusive property of Win Bigger Contracts and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment schedules will be agreed upon prior to commencement
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Tender outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, client requirements, and evaluation criteria. Our services are designed to improve your competitive positioning, not to guarantee specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Win Bigger Contracts shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unsuccessful tender submissions
• Any damages exceeding the total fees paid for our services

We understand you may share confidential business information with us. We agree to:

• Keep all confidential information strictly confidential
• Use confidential information only for providing our services
• Not disclose to third parties without your consent
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You shall pay all fees for services rendered up to the termination date
• We will deliver any completed work product
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
